does not cover damage
due to mishandling,

Repairs and Returns
All
returns will need a Return Authorization form and return
number provided by ToteVision. To get a RA call our
returns department at ph # (206) 623-6000 x 202.
Be prepared to provide information for us to use to fill
out a Return Authorization. A copy of the RA form to by
emailed or faxed to you. |

Freight on shipments to ToteVision
will need to be covered by the sender.
ToteVision will cover
U.S. UPS Ground freight back.
Be aware that all returns are subject to repair and/or
inspection fees. A $25.00 inspection fee will be charged for any
non-defective returns. Units coming in for credit are
subject to a 20% restock fee.

return number that is listed on you RA form.
ToteVision reserves the right to repair or replace a defective
